Inquiries are not bookings
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a contract. Only a separate written agreement between you and Candy Shay Events LLC confirms services, and that agreement sets out the scope, fees, payment schedule and cancellation terms for your event.
Photography and content
The photographs, text and design on this site belong to Candy Shay Events LLC or appear with permission. Please do not reproduce them without our written consent. If you appear in an event photo and would like it removed, email info@candyshayevents.com.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep the site accurate, but descriptions of services are general and may change. The site is provided “as is”, and we do not guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
Limitation of liability
