What types of events do you plan and decorate?

What is the difference between full planning, partial planning and day-of coordination?
Full event planning covers every detail from the first idea to the final toast, including logistics, vendors and timelines. Partial planning suits clients who have booked a venue and want our guidance through the remaining creative and logistical decisions. With day-of coordination, we manage on-site logistics, vendor arrivals and the run of show so you can enjoy the day. See all services.
Can I book décor only, without planning?
Yes. We offer Design & Decoration as its own service, covering installations, florals, furniture and lighting. Tick it on the inquiry form, along with anything else you need.
Where are you based?
We are based in Dallas, Texas. If your event is elsewhere, include the location in your inquiry and we will let you know what is possible.
How much does an event cost?
We quote every event individually, based on the services, guest count and design you choose. The inquiry form asks for your budget range so we can recommend the right level of service.
How far ahead should I get in touch?
As early as you can. Share your date on the inquiry form and we will confirm availability.
How quickly will I hear back?
We reply to every inquiry within one business day.
Do you help with vendors, venues and event websites?
Yes. We research and inspect venues, source and hire vendors from our network of caterers, photographers and entertainers, and design event websites for RSVPs, itineraries and registries.
Can you provide staff on the day?
Yes. Our Event Help Staff service provides trained hostesses, ushers and support coordinators to look after your guests.
