This policy explains what information Candy Shay Events LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through candyshayevents.com, how we use it and the choices you have. We are an event planning and décor business based in Dallas, Texas.
Information you give us
When you use our Inquire or Contact forms we collect what you enter: your name, email address, phone number, preferred contact method, event type, date, location, guest count, theme, services of interest, budget range, how you heard about us and any notes. We use it only to reply to you, prepare a proposal and plan your event.
Information collected automatically
Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.
If you accept analytics cookies in the banner, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are viewed. Until you accept, Google Analytics runs in a consent-denied mode that sets no analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site’s cookies.

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and to serve you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our business records. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@candyshayevents.com. You can decline analytics cookies in the banner, and you can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites with Google’s browser add-on.
Children
This website is intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
